Enamor and our wonderful merchants want you to have a memorable, A+ experience every time. Below are the most frequently asked questions we receive about our featured deals. In addition, please read The Fine Print completely before redeeming your voucher, including any restrictions or expiration dates. Unless stated otherwise in The Fine Print, these answers apply to all deals on Enamor.

Is shopping with Enamor safe?

Our highest priority is to keep you safe and happy — and you won’t be a happy shopper if you’re feeling exposed. Rest assured that we never store your credit card information on our servers. Enamor’s super-smart tech team transmits your information to secure database storage using SSL, the gold standard in e-commerce security. While the technology may not sound sexy, ensuring your privacy certainly is!

Can I purchase more than one voucher for a featured deal?

Yes. Unless the deal states otherwise, you are free to purchase and redeem as many vouchers as you wish. The price is certainly right, so why not stock up? In addition to making great gifts, Enamor offers are an affordable solution for family get-togethers, girls’ night out, prizes for fundraisers and employee incentives.

Can I transfer my voucher or give it as a gift, even though my name is on it?

Absolutely! We applaud your generosity — feel free to give a voucher to whomever you want. (Rarely, a business may prohibit gift vouchers, so always be sure to read The Fine Print.) Once you make your purchase, click the “Gift To A Friend!” link and Enamor will email your lucky recipient the voucher as well as instructions for how to redeem it. The one thing we can’t do is wrap it up with a pretty bow; if you prefer, you can print the voucher and present it yourself.

What if I don't use the full value of my voucher? Can I get a credit for another visit?

Once you use the voucher, the deal is done and done. You will not get cash back or credit for any remaining balance. We give our all to negotiate jaw-dropping deals, so we encourage you to do your part and enjoy them for all they’re worth!

Can I combine this voucher with other offers?

No. Our deals are so exceptionally priced that, unless a featured business makes an exception in The Fine Print, the voucher cannot be combined with special sales, offers or coupons.

Is the voucher valid for alcoholic beverages at featured restaurants?

Yes, it is, so enjoy! Check The Fine Print, however, in the event the business states that alcohol is excluded. (Because we look forward to being your friends for a long time, here’s a gentle reminder to always select a designated driver.)

Are the tax and tip included in the voucher?

The voucher cannot be applied toward the tax or the tip. Note that your tax will be based on the actual price of the products or services purchased. When using a voucher in a setting (such as a restaurant, spa or salon) where tipping is appropriate, please tip based on the pre-deal price as well.

What if I have an unexpired voucher for a business that’s no longer open?

We pride ourselves on ensuring our members have a positive, problem-free experience. If you’re unable to redeem your voucher for any unforeseen reason, we'll make it right — including refunding your money if need be.

Can a printed voucher be returned?

Our deals move fast, so please be certain before you buy. Once the voucher is printed, it’s yours to use or gift to someone else. All sales are final. We realize that extenuating circumstances occasionally come up; please contact us right away so that we can reach an acceptable resolution.

Invitations

Do I have to get people to join in order to get the deal?

Not at all – as long as it reaches the tipping point, the deal is yours whether or not you invite others. But once you experience the savings on our members-only offers, why wouldn’t you want to let your family, friends and co-workers in on the fun? Invite friends, get $10.

Do I really get $10 just for inviting a friend to join Enamor?

We don’t have to tell you that true friends are like pure gold. Every time a new friend accepts the invitation and purchases their first deal on Enamor, we'll thank you by slipping a $10 credit into your account. The next time you shop with us — surprise! — we’ll automatically apply your credit(s) to the purchase.

How do I send invitations?

We can do it for you when you click on “Invite friends, get $10” — all we need is the email address for each person you’d like to invite. (To make sure you receive your credit, please login to your account before submitting invitations.) Remember, it costs nothing to join. Since you’re in the moment, why not invite a friend now?

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer to Enamor?

Are you kidding? You go, girl!

I didn’t receive a credit when a friend I referred joined Enamor. Why is that?

Remember, you earn $10 after a new member’s first purchase, so perhaps that’s the reason. Every invitation you send includes a link with your own unique identifier – we’re able to track all your referrals using your link. Once your friend makes a purchase, you’ll automatically receive an account credit as well as email notification.

But I know my friend has already made a purchase.

We also use your identifying link to let you know the moment your membership referral has been accepted. You never received that initial email? Then it’s likely your friend responded to another Enamor member’s invitation and used their link. (Bummer. On the upside, acts of kindness are always worthy of celebration!) By all means, if you still feel an error has been made, let’s talk.

Today’s deal is fantastic! How do I buy it?

Just click “BUY!” before the offer ends at midnight. Once the required number of members buys in and the deal goes live, we'll charge your credit card and send you a link to print your voucher. (If enough members do not opt in, the deal is canceled and you won't be charged a penny.) If you really, really want it, invite your friends to help make sure you get the deal!

Is my credit card billed as soon as I purchase a deal?

You’re never charged for an offer until or unless the required minimum number of members purchase the deal.

Are there any additional costs for the deal?

There are no hidden fees or handling charges — your credit card will be billed the face value of each deal you purchase.

When will I receive my Enamor voucher?

From the moment the deal tips and your credit card is billed, it typically can take up to three hours to process. We’ll send your voucher by email — simply print it and present it to redeem. It goes without saying that having fun should be stress free, so we provide important instructions and The Fine Print with every voucher; you’ll also receive a convenient link to a map should you need one.

How quickly can I use my voucher?

Most vouchers are ready to redeem as soon as you receive email confirmation. It’s always a good idea to read The Fine Print, though, before you get primped and polished to go out on the town.

“OH, MY” Deals

How does the two-hour “OH, MY” deal work?

These are ultra-hot deals every girl will want and, believe us, they will go fast. Quantities are limited and the offer lasts just two hours — always from 11 AM to 1 PM local time — however, we typically sell out before the time is up.

When are “OH, MY” deals offered?

We offer our “OH, MY” deal randomly, just a few times per month. (We’re women…it’s our nature to be whimsical.) The day of the deal, we’ll send you a separate email alert and also post it on Twitter and Facebook. Remember, this special, limited-quantity offer always starts at 11 AM on the dot. Don’t dawdle or you could so miss out!

Charity Love

I think it’s cool that Enamor donates a portion of its proceeds. Can you tell me more?

Pretty is as pretty does. And we believe there’s no act more beautiful than reaching out to help others. We give 3% of the net amount of sales to support select non-profit organizations. That “we” includes you — learn how you can specify which school or 501(c)(3) charity or non-profit will benefit from your Enamor purchases. As if you needed another reason to feel good about shopping!

How can I make sure my purchases include a charitable donation?

At checkout, you’ll see a drop down menu for Charities. Select the charity of your choice and Enamor will donate 3% of the net amount of every deal you buy. Of course, with so many worthwhile organizations, it can be hard to single one out. Feel free to mix it up and change the beneficiary every time you shop!

What can I do to get my favorite charity listed?

It’s not a perfect world, but we do our darnedest to make your Enamor experience come close. After redeeming your deal, please take a moment to rate it from one handbag (fell short of expectations) to 5 handbags (love that deal!). We rely on your honest feedback to help us determine whether to line up future deals with the same company. We also encourage you to share your rave reviews and — key word here — polite rants on our lively comment boards.

Do you ever remove comments from the discussion board?

Not as a rule. However, anyone making personal attacks or other inappropriate comments will be speedily removed and blocked from the discussion. None of us deserves to be subjected to a megadose of negativity!

Any plans to bring Enamor to my city?

First, let us know you’re out there! We put a great deal of energy into partnering with strategic, sought-after businesses in key cities across the U.S., and we hope yours will soon be one of them. Where does all the love come from?
